All costs and risks associated with returning the product are charged to the consumer. The product under guarantee will be at the discretion of the manufacturer, changed or repaired. Article 12 - Withdrawal "exclusively for individuals”

12.1 Returns- « Satisfied or Refunded »
Under the conditions laid down in Article L121-16 of the Consumer Code and in the context of distance selling, the buyer has a withdrawal period of 7 clear days after the delivery of his order.
